PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to have your order ready for shipping or pick up within 10 business days of payment being received. During holidays or custom orders, processing times may vary.

 

Should you have urgent need, please contact us to confirm if a Rush Order can be accomodated.

 

Orders are shipped with tracking and insurance via USPS and UPS.

While the time in transit varies from item to item, a general estimate is 2-6 days.

We will do our best to give you an accurate estimate.

 

If your product arrives damaged, claims need to be filed by the recipient via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

 

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any questions or require assistance, don't hesitate to reach out.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our products are uniquely crafted for you upon order placement. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue or error on our part, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. 

 

We kindly request that you verify the accuracy of any personalization details provided during order placement. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, and any changes after the order is placed may incur an additional charge.
